Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all orders via Austrian Post, DHL Germany, or UPS. The carrier is selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All goods are inspected and carefully packed before shipment. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Customers must inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery. Any visible transport damage must be reported directly to the delivery driver and recorded in writing with the carrier at the time of delivery. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier and to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Damage claims without proper carrier documentation cannot be accepted. Refunds or replacements for transport damage are only possible where a formal damage report has been filed and recognized by the carrier.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, force majeure, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
