RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
SBAM Records / Longstocking Productions GmbH accepts returns of items provided they are sent back in their original, unused condition. Returned items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn beyond normal fitting. All items must be returned complete and in their original packaging where possible.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance at shop@sbam.rocks. We will provide you with the return instructions and further details on the process. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks associated with the return shipment.
Personalized or custom-made products (including but not limited to personalized bags or special-order items) are excluded from return, exchange, and cancellation rights, except where legally required.
EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange, subject to availability. Exchanges are only possible for items in original, unused condition.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at shop@sbam.rocks before sending anything back. Exchange shipments are handled under the same conditions as returns. Additional shipping costs may apply.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. Items must meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible and within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Original shipping, delivery, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred due to a return will be deducted from the refund amount where legally permitted.
EVENT TICKETS – SBAM FEST
All SBAM Fest tickets are sold as final transactions and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by mandatory law.
If SBAM Fest is cancelled in full, Longstocking Productions GmbH reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to:
– reschedule the event, or
– offer a partial or full refund, or
– provide an alternative comparable benefit.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date and refunds may be excluded unless legally required.
If cancellation or changes occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, public health measures, strikes, or force majeure events — we may reschedule the event, offer partial refunds, or provide alternative solutions where feasible.
Where refunds are issued, they are limited to the face value of the ticket only. Shipping, processing, handling fees, and currency exchange differences are non-refundable. To the extent permitted by law, Longstocking Productions GmbH is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred.
SBAM Fest takes place rain or shine. The event service is considered delivered once the event has started.
